CMHA Waterloo Wellington

CMHA Waterloo Wellington‘s New Children and Youth Services building located at 737 Woolwich Street in Guelph is opening at a pivotal time in our community. As CMHA WW opens the doors in January 2024, they are facing difficult funding realities.

To address the mental health challenges our youth are facing our community needs formal and informal supports and services and early identification of mental health concerns to build resiliency in our children and youth. CMHA Waterloo Wellington and The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs are working together to provide this!

"Before I started going to therapy, I never knew what was wrong and what was causing my anxiety...I feel like mental health is a very up and down thing, but it’s learning how to deal with it in the right ways so that you can live your life and not let it control you."
