We are pleased to announce we will be partnering with Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington for our 2024 event. CMHA WW was selected by our guests, live at Royal Reach 2023.
According to the Mental Health Commission of Canada, at least 75% of mental health problems and illness having an onset in childhood, adolescence, or young adulthood. Locally, CMHA Waterloo Wellington is experiencing a 23% increase in clients in children’s crisis service and a 70% increase in child psychiatry and psychology.
Located at 737 Woolwich St N in Guelph, CMHA Waterloo Wellington‘s Children and Youth Services building, opening in December 2023, is a state-of-the-art facility that will create a “one-stop-shop” for over 30 service providers making it easy and seamless for 9,000 local children, youth up to age 26, and their families to receive formal and informal mental health and developmental services and get what they need to reach their full potential. This facility is needed now more than ever as we work to address the consequences of the pandemic and support our children and youth at a time when many are in crisis.
All proceeds from Royal Reach 2024 will go directly to supporting the children and youth in our community.
